"Ultrasound of upper Abdomen /16/12/05
Prominent liver size is seen: a well defined area of irregular outlined low echoic mass about 2,5x3+cm. in posterior aspect of medical part of left lobe of liver. Another area of fairly well defined low echoicity is seen lower part of right lobe of liver..about 3,5x5x205cm. The gallblader an bile duct are within normal limits. Pancreas is not well seen .Both kidney and apleen are normal
Impression..low mixed echois mass lesion in liver; Neoplastic nature is probable..."
