wie lange noch diese therapie? kleiner tipp/rat benötigt

guten abend dr kreutzig,

vorgeschichte:
seit 12 monaten chronische prostatitis, februar harnverhalt, klinik, tamsulosin.
therapie bisher:
5 tage ofloxacin
20 tage cotrim
28 tage doxycyclin

1 blasenspielgelung erfolgt. ergebnis: keine striktur, prostata geschwollen (leicht). blasenwand entzündet, biopsie weißt entzündung hin
daraufhin therapie: 14 tage cefuroxim

keine wirkliche besserung


ich nehme seit dem 28.06.14 eine medikamentenkombination ein (eigenmächtig und in absprache mit meinem hausarzt) und wollte sie nach einen klinen tipp ersuchen:

meine frage nun wie lange sollte ich cipro noch nehmen? was würden sie raten. ich hab von meinen hausarzt und urologen noch tabletten für 20 tage, azithromyzin ist alle. den rest nehm ich nochlänger(tamsulosin) bzw auf dauer (pollstimol und prostagutt


ps:
mittlerweile EXTREME besserung der symptome (standheute) . der strahl so stark wie vor 5 jAHREN. habe angst aufzuhören mit cipro. weils grade so gut läuft^^

Sie haben das ja nun wirklich schon lange…. es gibt keine klare Erkenntnis, wie lange es wirklich sein muss, wenn mann von nicht nachgewiesenen Chlamydien und Mykoplasmen ausgeht…..
3-6 Wochen sind eine häufige Empfehlung.

ich habe eine verständnisfrage zu meiner therapie. ich halte mich ja an diese studie http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21765442

frage: in der 4 wöchigen 750 gruppe.... wie genau ist da die dosierung? 750 am tag EINMAL oder 750 MORGENS UND ABENDS????????

ich nehme ja 500 1-0-1 also sogar mehr als in der studie korrekt so?

es gibt zwar die ein- oder andere Studie - aber keine ganz klare Empfehlung…. Ich kann, darf und werde hier kaum eine individuelle Dosierung absegnen, wenn ich den Patienten nicht kenne….
