Hallo Doc habe nochmals eine frage habe ich bei den besagten Medikament jetzt wechsel Wirkung zu befürchten ?

Inhaltsstoffe sind 325 mg paracetamol , 10 mg dextromethorphanhydrobromid , 12
,5 mg phenylpropanolaminhydrochlorid

das Präparat beeinträchtigt die Pillenwirkung nicht.
